Are you worrying about something? You know the word says, “Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous fall.” Psalm 55:22. Whatever you’re worrying about, let go and let God see you through. I have a personal testimony when it comes to casting your cares on the Lord. In 2002 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and a Neurologist Doctor was highly pressuring me to take numerous medications. The medication regime consists of taking 3-4 injections every day. I had to go through years of MRI tests and a spinal tap for years I was worrying what was happening. And then one day God planted upon my spirit to “trust” Him and to give all my worries away. Yes! Give worries away! I never knew I could give worries away! I didn’t have to worry about anything because everything was taken care of. But I didn’t realize until I realized what I had to do. I was blinded by fear because fear can consume you sometimes and you forget everything. The devil places your focus on the problem and not the solution of the problem which is Jesus Christ.
Well, when I finally decided to cast my cares on the Lord it was not until then when my breakthrough happened. When I had a follow up doctor’s appointment, the doctor started scratching his head wondering what had happened as he witnessed a miracle. The doctor told me that for years he had been studying my MRIs and my results hasn’t changed or progressed at all. Then he proceeded to say that he wasn’t 100% sure if I had Multiple Sclerosis and he changed my diagnosis to a misdiagnosis. PRAISE THE LORD!! I was delivered and my passageway to deliverance was to take my eyes off the problem and focus on the solution.
I casted ALL of my cares on the Lord and He didn’t let me fail. I thank God because that same doctor is now starting to talk about a God that he never talked about in my doctor appointments. It was that time that God used me to touch a doctor in showing that science is not the final solution. God is!
So, I say this to tell everyone that you need to cast your cares on the one that can make a difference. Don’t cast your cares on your challenges such as bills, your illness or anything else that is unpredictable and temporary. Place your worries on the One that can make a difference.
So, your situation may not be like my issue, but I can tell you that God customizes your deliverance to fit His needs. Also, I want to note that I am not condoning anyone to stop taking their medication or stops using prescriptions. No, because God created the brain that came up with the ingredients to that medicine. Consult your doctor before you make any decisions and turn to God for a final direction. Make sure you are hearing from God before you move on anything. Remember, to cast your cares on God and He will direct your path.
